Jobb - Liverapportör!

Den här dök just upp i en grupp jag är medlem i på LinkedIn:

I princip handlar det om att täcka sportevenemang (mest fotboll troligen) live för olika spelbolag. Vill minnas att killen som är bakom emailadressen är Turk och konsultar i bettingområdet. Det framgår inte var man bör vara bosatt men mestadels är det storstadsregionerna som skall täckas runt om i Europa.

Har ingen koll på vad de betalar men jag snackade med en snubbe för ett par år sedan som höll på med såna här saker och han var nöjd. Utöver lönen var det telefonabbonemang och resersättning och inträde som han fick betalt.

Det är ju Runningball som sköter all scoutning åt de stora seriösa spelbolagen
Ansök hos dem istället. Tyvärr svårt att få jobb i Sverige då det finns få spelutbud som intresserar bolagen tillräckligt mycket

Har faktiskt varit "anställd" utav Running-ball, men blev aldrig tilldelad någon match :D

Det var 2008 och då var lönen 30GBP+7GBP för mobilkostnad, dock skulle man få slanta upp för biljetten själv, runt 100-120kr gick den på.

Kommer ihåg att jag fick ett mail med en ljudinspelning på hur man INTE skulle göra, var någon lirare i England tror jag, som rapporterade in 3-0 när det var 4-0 stod på sig ett bra tag med, spelbolaget i fråga var väl sådär nöjda kan man väl säga:lol:

I would like you to listen to this Running-Ball commentary from an England U18 game last weekend. The recording was sent to us by our client who, as you can imagine is hugely disappointed in our service. Everything about this commentary highlights what should not be done.

I am sure that this is obvious, but here are some points to note.

a) The line is perfect and there is no question of the caller or commentator not being able to hear each other.

b) For almost the entire clip the commentator says that it is "Safe".

c) Continual prompting from the Caller as to whether the status has changed results in the commentator answering "still safe". This is the case until all of a sudden he replies "Away Danger" after a prompt. There is no mention of an "attack" and only when asked, did he say "Away Danger". The fact that the caller has to prompt so much, should have been an indication to the commentator that the information he was giving was insufficient.

d) Lengthy periods of silence during the commentary.

e) When asked if the score is still 3-0, he replies 3-0. He continues to insist that the score is 3-0 until a supervisor comes on the phone and says outside sources have it at 4-0. When prompted to ask someone else what the score is, he finally says 4-0.

f) Having been found to be wrong about the score, the commentator tells a series of lies and then cuts the line.

I don't need to explain how damaging this is for us. Had the commentator admitted to the mistake, he would have had his case heard after the game. All he did by lying was guarantee himself a suspension, cause us extreme embarrassment and have all the money owed to him withheld. I hope we can all learn from this.
