Kort sagt är Guardians fotfolk, dom som får samhället att snurra och bidrar med att skapa samhällen.

Artisans är estetiska människor som utgör vilka vi dömer oss själva efter i mångt och mycket.

Idealists är alla dom som tar hand om oss, ofta med hög utbildning eller iallafall lång.

Rationals är väldigt få och märks oftast genom deras bidrag till samhället. Om alla dessa grupper skulle delas upp och fick leva på varsin ö skulle antagligen Rationals svälta ihjäl först. Värdelösa utan alla andra tre grupper.
