Måste jag har ett VISA kort (eller motsvarande) för att sätta in pengar hos spelbolagen?

Lär ju vara beronder på spelbolaget(läs ifrågavarande bolags info om insättning/uttag).
Men generalt nej, alltid finns det även andra metoder till 99,9%.

Kontanter då?
Kan man t.ex. hos ATG-ombud "sätta in" kontanter på sitt ATG-kort/-konto eller kan man bara använda kontanter för sjäva spelandet?
