Atlanta Hawks -3.5 LOCKED (x1)

I am going to be playing the Atlanta Haws at the Charlotte Bobcats. I think the Bobcats have pulled off a string of wins and are in a prime overvalued, let down spot. The Bobcats have not impressed me whatsoever in this little win streak. They started off by beating a bad Mavericks team with several injuries, this game took overtime. They then beat the wosrt team in the league, Washington. They followed that up with a 2 point win against Minnesota, a Timberwolves team missing Love, Rubio, Peckovic, Buddinger and Barea. They then lost by 7 to Memphis and trailed by close to 20 in that game. The next win against Milwaukee was very lucky and seemed rigged. The Bobcats trailed by 11 points with just 6 minutes left and ended up winning by 4. Charlotte was sent to the free throw line 30 times compared to Milwaukees 11. Charlotte had 16 free throw attempts in the 4th quarter. And then in their next game they played Toronto, a Raptors team that was playing it's 4th game in 5 nights. They were a 2 point favorite but only won by 1 point and it was in controversial fashion. The Bobcats commited a foul on Bargnani has he took a last second shot that was not called. The NBA admitted the mistake the next day. I think the Bobcats little streak comes to an end here against a better Atlanta Hawks team.

Atlanta is currently 6-4 but has looked much better to me. They won @OKC, beat Indiana, won @Portland, crushed @SAC by 16, beat Orlando by 9 and beat Washington by 1. The Wizards one point win was mainly due to the fact that Washington was desperate for a win as they have yet to get their first one. They haven't taken a bad loss yet losing to the Clippers, Heat, Rockets and @Warriors. They were an underdog in all of the game except against the Rockets when Harden went off for 45 points. Hawks are currently top 10 in effective field goal percentage offensive and defensively. They also lead the league in turnovers. I think that will be a big factor in this game as Charlotte lacks good ball handlers. The biggest advantage I see with the Hawks is with Josh Smith and Al Horford. They should have their way with Haywood and Mullens. Kemba Walker is the best player on the Bobcats but I like the more experienced Jeff Teague in this matchup. The Bobcats offense should struggle to score points. They have the second worst effective FG% in the entire NBA. I don't see the refs bailing them out again after all the controversy with the last game. I see the Hawks winning by about 6-10 points.
